Safety Commitment

At Wigo Live, we believe that true social warmth stems from a sense of solid security and pure trust among every user. We don't just want to create a space for connection; we want to be a haven where everyone can let down their guard and freely communicate—a place where everyone can express their authentic selves without fear of offense or judgment. To this end, we've ingrained "safety and trust" into the foundation of our platform, and we're backing this promise with concrete actions:

1. Protect privacy with meticulous care and make every piece of information cherished

Private conversations, visible only to you and me: Every chat you have with someone else is protected by layers of security, visible only to the two people involved, with no third-party snooping. Sensitive personal information, such as location (if required), is carefully processed before being stored or transmitted. We only collect necessary information and never touch anything else.

Blocking malicious interference: We use robust technology to monitor platform activity and immediately block spam, harassing content, or accounts with malicious intent. Verifying real identities also prevents unauthorized accounts from gaining a foothold, making the people we meet more trustworthy.

It's your space, your call: decide who can message you and who you don't want to see. You can block or report anyone you're uncomfortable with at any time, without having to compromise on any interactions that make you uncomfortable. We want to make communication here purer, free of unnecessary interruptions and pressure.

2. Nourish the community with respect and make every interaction kind.

Easy connections, focused on genuine compatibility: Our matching method prioritizes shared interests and perspectives over superficial chemistry. Here, there's no need to feign intimacy to please others; natural communication can spark genuine chemistry.

Clear rules and shared agreements: We've established a simple and clear community agreement, clearly outlining what behaviors could hurt others and what words shouldn't be said. For example, discrimination, insults, and threats are strictly prohibited. This isn't a constraint, but rather a way for everyone to work together to uphold the bottom line of civilized communication.

Kind guidance makes communication more comfortable: We will remind everyone some tips on getting along with others when appropriate, such as how to start a conversation politely and how to protect yourself. Gradually, everyone will understand how to treat each other with kindness, making the atmosphere in the community better and better.

3. Use a firm attitude to build a solid bottom line and ensure that every trust is not betrayed

If you have any issues, you'll always have a solution: If you encounter something unpleasant, you can always find a reporting channel, so you don't have to worry about being ignored. We have a dedicated team that carefully handles every report. Once we verify violations—especially serious violations like harassment and fraud—we will not tolerate them. We will issue necessary reminders, impose necessary restrictions, and even ban accounts when necessary. Reporters will also be informed of the progress of the handling process.

Continuous improvement, tailored to your needs: We will always monitor the issues you encounter during use and continuously optimize our protection measures. The risks we can prevent today will be even more robust tomorrow; any areas that seem inconvenient now will gradually become more considerate.

4. Build trust with transparency and make every step clear and tangible

Open platform operations: We promise to publicly disclose every major change at least 30 days in advance, detailing the specific changes, common issues, and new improvements. We're transparent about how the platform safeguards security.

Clearly explain function design: Before a new function is launched, its function and the information it may involve will be explained in advance. For example, if a matching function requires interest tags, we will explain clearly that these tags will not be misused or leaked to irrelevant people. Only when everyone understands it can they use it with confidence.

Listening and Growing Together: Anyone who feels the platform is not doing well or has new ideas is welcome to raise them. We will regularly review these suggestions, actively adopt the appropriate ones, and provide feedback on the progress of improvements. After all, making this place safer is never a unilateral effort of the platform, but the participation of every user.

At Wigo Live, safety isn't just a slogan, and trust isn't just a temporary promise. We'll always be here, meticulously guarding, sincerely caring, and transparently acting, working with every user to make this a place where you can connect with confidence and a place worth visiting often.

1. Protecting Minors

Wigo Live resolutely does not provide services to minors. We maintain this defense through multiple means: technical tools accurately identify potential underage users, and a dedicated team of professionals individually reviews suspected accounts, combining identity verification with verification to ensure that each user meets age requirements. If the system or a user reports a suspected underage account, our review team will immediately intervene and, once confirmed, block the account from using the platform.

2. Safety Protection and Opposition to Harm

True connection begins with not being afraid of being hurt. At Wigo Live, any behavior that could cause danger or discomfort will not be tolerated.

Reject Violence and Hatred, Embrace Diversity and Respect

The platform strictly prohibits any form of threats or incitement to violence, as well as hate attacks based on race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or other identities. Support for terrorist organizations or criminal groups, or the promotion of hostility against specific groups, will be dealt with seriously - because we firmly believe that the premise of connection is mutual respect, not confrontation.

Stay Away from Explicit Pornography and Protect Your Sense of Boundaries

Any content that displays nudity, sexual innuendo, or vulgar body language is contrary to the original purpose of "Wigo Live." This includes, but is not limited to: nude or partially nude images, sexually suggestive behavior, overly revealing clothing (such as see-through clothing, lingerie-only selfies), and explicit sexual language. We understand that adult topics exist, but we firmly oppose undermining the comfort of the community with vulgar content. After all, genuine connection never relies on offensive expression.

Say "No" to Bullying and Harassment

Diversity is the vitality of the community, but respect is the bottom line. We have zero tolerance for bullying, insults, intimidation and other behaviors: whether it is derogatory words or deliberate humiliation, they will cause indelible psychological damage to people. At "Wigo Live", every voice should be heard, but not trampled upon.

Do Our Utmost to Protect Children's Safety

Children are our most untouchable concern. Not only do we prohibit minors from using our platform, we also adopt a "zero tolerance and strict approach" to any content harmful to children. If we discover images or comments related to child sexual exploitation or abuse, we will immediately report them to the relevant authorities, and the account in question will be permanently banned. Protecting children is a shared responsibility between us and all our users.

We encourage users to share their genuine emotions and challenges, as genuine listening is inherently supportive. However, this does not include praising, encouraging, or detailing self-harm or suicidal behaviors, nor does it promote harmful behaviors like eating disorders. If you or someone else is in imminent danger of death, please contact local emergency services. Life is precious, and the platform always provides support for those seeking help in a healthy way.

We adhere to the legal bottom line and reject all illegal activities. Any illegal content and behavior has no place on Wigo Live. This includes, but is not limited to: violent crimes (such as assault and kidnapping), sex trafficking and human trafficking, exploitation through coercion or deception, and the sale of controlled substances (drugs, weapons, endangered animals, etc.). We will not tolerate our platform being used as a tool for illegal activities, as secure connections are always based on legality.

3. Privacy Protection

At Wigo Live, privacy is not optional, but mandatory. We prohibit the disclosure of any private information: whether it is official documents such as ID cards and passports, or personal details such as addresses, email addresses, and bank card numbers, they should not be shared casually - especially without permission.

Forcing others to disclose private information, stealing identities to impersonate others, or publicly disseminating other people's privacy is a violation of trust. We will delete such content in a timely manner, because only when privacy is respected can users dare to let down their guard.

4. Truth is the Foundation: Reject Deception

Meaningful connections begin with authenticity. At Wigo Live, we use rules to protect authenticity.

The Account is Real, No Impersonation

It is prohibited to create an account using other people's photos or identity information, and it is not allowed to pretend to be another person or organization to mislead others. Each account should correspond to a real individual, which is the starting point of mutual trust.

Name Standardization, Respect First

We encourage users to use everyday names and meaningful code names, but names should not contain offensive content, such as vulgar or discriminatory terms, or use numbers and symbols to create meaningless sentences. Furthermore, emoticons should not convey inappropriate connotations. A name is a first impression, so it should be presented with respect.

Any content designed to mislead others (such as false information, misleading links), or meaningless spam, will undermine the quality of the connection. We will proactively block such content because "Wigo Live" wants to preserve sincere conversations, not perfunctory interruptions.

5. Image and Video Guidelines

Photos and videos are extensions of expression, but they should also have clear boundaries. On "Wigo Live", the following content is prohibited:

  • Any images involving minors (including seemingly harmless, everyday photos)
  • Images that intentionally conceal one's identity or mislead others (e.g., using someone else's photo to impersonate oneself)
  • Images that focus on sensitive body parts or are overly revealing (e.g., underwear selfies, topless photos)
  • Displaying images of violence, hatred, or illegal behavior
  • Content that contains advertisements or solicitations (such as promoting products or inducing transactions)

These rules are not intended to restrict expression, but to allow every user to feel on "Wigo Live": Here, your authenticity will be respected, your safety will be protected, and your connection will be warm.

If you encounter content that violates the rules while using the platform, please feel free to report it to us through the reporting channel in the Security Center. Every report you make contributes to the safety of this community.

Because making connections more secure is our common goal with all our users.
